These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access, and use of all services available at pk-baji.com, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, dice and crash games, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and customer support facilities.

By completing the account registration process, logging into an existing account, or placing any wager or financial transaction on the platform, you unambiguously confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk baji platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

pk baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a notice period. Any material amendment will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk baji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms published separately, the promotional terms shall take precedence only with respect to the specific promotion in question.

The pk baji platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any game, or place any wager on this platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours from the date of the request — may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

Each individual may hold only one active account on pk baji. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, pk baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus play.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile phone number. pk baji will use this information to verify your identity, process your transactions, and communicate account-related notifications. You must keep your registration details up to date at all times; failure to do so may impede the processing of withdrawals or the completion of identity verification.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any third party to whom you have disclosed your credentials — is your full legal responsibility. pk baji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where those credentials were shared by or obtained from the account holder.

pk baji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Players are further advised to use a strong, unique password for their pk baji account that is not reused across other online services.

pk baji supports a comprehensive suite of BDT payment methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions conducted in BDT.

Deposits are credited to your pk baji wallet in real time upon confirmation of receipt from your payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. pk baji reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, and to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Funds held in your pk baji wallet are not interest-bearing. The platform does not use player funds for operational purposes; all player balances are held in designated accounts and are ring-fenced from operational funds at all times.

pk baji periodically offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and tournament prizes to eligible registered players. All such offers are governed by the specific promotional terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotional-specific terms and these Terms, the promotional terms take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses issued by pk baji:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically.

pk baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including removing ongoing promotions where evidence of systematic abuse is identified. Players who have already claimed a promotion in good faith and are actively meeting wagering requirements will have a reasonable opportunity to complete those requirements before any modification takes effect.

• Disconnection: Where a game round is interrupted by a network disconnection on your side, pk baji's servers will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, you will be able to resume or view the resolved outcome of the interrupted round.
• Suspicious betting patterns: pk baji reserves the right to review, void, or withhold winnings from bets identified as part of suspicious, coordinated, or fraudulent betting patterns, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of software errors, collusion in live games, or arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit without genuine risk.
• Sports betting integrity: All sports betting markets offered by pk baji are governed by standard sports betting rules as published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, the platform's published rules for that specific market type will apply.

pk baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player provides false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• A player operates more than one account on the platform.
• A player is suspected of or confirmed to have engaged in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with their pk baji account.
• A player breaches any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A player is found to have abused promotional offers, including bonus stacking, coordinated wagering, or collusion with other accounts.
• A player's account is subject to a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of a deposit transaction.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires pk baji to suspend or close the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pk baji will communicate the reason for suspension via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. During an active suspension, the player will be unable to log in, place wagers, or initiate withdrawals. Legitimate balances will not be forfeited during a suspension investigation unless the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
